Looking to replace my Motherboard CPU and RAM and would just like peoples opinions on the below or any suggestions on better kit please.

Budget is around £350 and will be using Vista 64bit.

Asus P5K Intel P35 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard

Intel Core 2 Quad Pro Q6600 "Energy Efficient SLACR 95W Edition" 2.40GHz

G.Skill 4GB DDR2 PK PC2-6400C4 (2x2GB) CAS4 Dual Channel Kit

Thanks. :)

Looks alright to me however I wonder do you want the crossfire support? I would also consider looking at the Geil memory 2 lots of the 2gb to save you a bit of money.

I don't need it yet, but I am thinking about going Crossfire possibly at some point so thought may as well get a board that supports it now.

If you want Crossfire then I'd probably have to suggest an X38 based motherboard, I'm not sure which one(s) would be best but they do at least have two 16x lanes for the graphics cards rather than one of 16x and one of 4x on the P35.

However I'd personally stick with P35 and simply buy a new single graphics card as/when necessary since it is less hassle and usually works out a similar price.
