Motherboard/CPU upgrade

Hi All

I currently have a MSI-a78M-E35 micro atx board and a AMD - A6-7400K chip. I have had it a while and following a dog incident, it doesn't seem to be working as well as it should. Think it is time to upgrade but don't want to spend too much.

If I said £200, would that be enough and what sort of board and chip would you recommend. I have DDR3 memory at moment, would that need upgraded?

Any help much appreciated.

Have seen a AMD ryzen 3 3200G with graphics which seems to fit the bill but not sure if I need to upgrade memory.

Gigabyte A320M-H AM4 Socket DDR4 mATX Motherboard
Crucial 16GB DDR4-2400 UDIMM

Would that work?
