Hi guys so my problem is this ..

I changed my main board for a asrock extreme 970 r.20 am3+ board in February for a new build I was working on and installed all went fine no worries.

Had windows 8.1 and after 3 months started to experience windows lock ups and only a hard reset would fix.

I upgraded to Windows 10 and ever since I've had nothing but problems everyday if I'm generally browsing or playing youtube through chrome or Firefox it locks out; recently it's started to do it during gaming too.

I replaced my 3 year old gtx 660 incase this was an issue however the new card a gtx 950 doesn't appear to have solved it either.

Is it the board or trial and error of replacing bits at a time
Specs below

Asrock extreme 970 r.20
8gb Kingston ddr3 1866
120gb Samsung SSD
Asus gtx 950
Cooler master 600 watt psu
Windows 10 64bit all updates done.

Hi I have done a full clean install of Windows 10 from a bootable USB drive however I have tried to do this again but the BIOS will not allow me to boot from USB any longer the option is no longer there I have just updated the BIOS to the latest Version 2.0 I believe it was from as rocks website it was done through the uefi and installed with no problems.

Even setting the bios to normal it has the same faults.

As for the PSU I am not 100% sure however the rail voltage is all within normal parameters between 12.34 and 12.87 it spikes to in the main board.
