Motherboard Diagnostic Software?

Hi all as the title says is there any free Motherboard Diagnostic Software i could use , i really want to test everything and not just the ram , cpu , since it seems kinda easy to get software for them , any help would be great.

Prime95 will test your CPU,NB and RAM.you could get HDTune for your HDD and ATI Tool or Furmark for your GPU.
