Hey guys I'm looking for a little help here. My problem is that when turning on the P.C I notice "A2" in the bottom right corner of the monitor. After noticing it I checked what my motherboard was doing, and on boot it shows these codes in this order: 9C, 99, A2 - then boots into windows.

My specs are as followed:

MSI GeForce GTX 970 Gaming Edition 4096MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card
Intel Core i7-4790K 4.00GHz (Devil's Canyon) Socket LGA1150 Processor
Corsair Vengeance Pro Red 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 PC3-17100C11 2133MHz Dual Channel Memory Kit
Corsair Hydro H105 240mm Extreme Performance Liquid CPU Cooler
EVGA SuperNova G2 750W '80 Plus Gold' Modular Power Supply
Kingston 240GB SSDNow V300 Drive SATA 6Gb/s 3 2.5"
Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200RPM SATA 6Gb/s 64MB Cache
MSI Z97 Gaming 7 Intel Z97 (Socket 1150) DDR3 ATX Motherboard

Any idea what this is? And what I should do to try fix this? I don't get stuck at the MSI logo at boot, don't get BSOD, don't have random reboots or nothing. No problems booting or running (as some people have mentioned happens to them). Been running this computer about a month now and never noticed it until yesterday.

Any help much appreciated, cheers!

No issues at all there, it's just your motherboards code through the POST test I believe. I have something similar, it cycles through numbers. It's for if your PC does have an issue it can help diagnose it.

If it's booting fine and you're happy don't worry at all.

Dont know if this will help..but if you Google

" MSI Motherboard Error? ", it did come up with a useful thread near the top of the results for me, that may help you. :)
