i have just built my first computer and i cannot get it to connect to my monitor via hdmi, dvi or dvi to vga adapter. I have attached a motherboard speaker to my motherboard and turned the system on. There were NO sounds/beeps whatsoever. does this mean motherboard failure or? everything else seems to be working such as the cpu cooler fan, case fans and gpu fan, but the MemOK light is still on constantly despite doing everything in the motherboard manual to correct the MemOK issue and following help from this previous thread:

any ideas? thanks in advance :)

download a bootable disk for memtest and test the memory one stick at a time.

Try different memory slots.

One thing to possible check is remove the cooler and cpu to check for damaged pins in the cpu socket.

Looking at the previous thread I don't think there is much more left to do part from RMA the board and get it tested.
