Motherboard for 2500k with Xfire

I'm having problems working out if Z68 is a better bet than P67 for running Xfire. Need a board for under £130 that will make the most of the gfx cards, what should I go for?

Personally, I would go for the MSI P67A-GD65. Unless you need Z68-specific features like SSD caching and lucid virtu (for using quick sync with a graphics card installed).

I was thinking of maybe stretching the budget a bit and getting this one: Asus P8Z68-V PRO Intel Z68?

I have the -V Pro, and love it, very very good board, but as your just in the market, you may want to look at the ASRock Extreme 4 Gen 3 Z68, as it comes with Gen3 PCIe 3.0 support, the regular -V Pro does not have this. Though Asus have just announced Gen3 revisions of the P8Z68 line.

Your call, depends if you ever intend to use PCIe 3.0 on the board you buy.
