Motherboard for a E5200

I am in the middle of building a new pc.

Antec 300
E5200
320gig hdd

And the rest is undecided, i need a nice, cheap motherboard to equip a E5200.

Any ideas?

Yeah someone said something about the old graphics but i could add a card.
