Motherboard for COD & editiing

Looking to start building a PC and just wondering what everyone's opinion on what motherboard to pick for money and spec.

I mostly play games like Call of Duty or Runescape and then will often use for general use or work (video or photo editing). Don't want to spend loads on a motherboard but looking towards ASUS ROG or TUF.

But open to suggestions.

I was looking at AMD Ryzen 7 3700x or the AMD Ryzen 5 3600x. Open to suggestions if there would be a better or cheaper CPU.

Do you have a budget? You could go for a B550 motherboard such as the MSI B550-A Pro. It is well reviewed. I have a B550 Strix myself but that's quite expensive. However I haven't had any issues with it.

I didn't want to spend too much, so no more than 200. Would you say there is much difference between wifi and no wifi?

If you don't need WiFi, then just go for something like the MSI B550-A PRO.

CPU wise, the 3700X would be helpful with it's extra cores/threads for video and photo editing. If you decide against it ultimately, go for the 3600 as 3600X is just extra ££ for no reason atm.
