Need some help here

I have, laying around at home atm a Celeron 326 skt 775 CPU and 1GB of DDR2 400Mhz memory.

I would like to build up a simple system, but don't know which mobo to go for since most support DDR2 533 and above.

Any ideas on which ones will work. So far I've found the Intel D915GEV, but would ideally like a couple of options.

Lastly would this memory work in a 533 motherboard on an overclock or am i missing the boat ???

Any of the boards based on the 945 chipset should work. I've just put some DDR2/400 in a Gigabyte GA-945P-S3 and it's chugging along nicely. The mobo ain't a DS4 but the only thing it's really lacking is SATA RAID. The Asus P5LD2-SE is very similar. Trawl through the mobos on OCUK and you can easily see which ones support DDR2/400.

Cool

Found that most are able to, either through auto spd or by downing the multiplier. I reckon i'll go for the asrock 945dvi as a cheap kick-off solution.
