Motherboard = fried?

I sometimes use them you put them between the screw and the motherboard.

To stop the motherboard shorting out across the top.

unlucky buddy, in your defence though iam sure ALL of us have made a mistake whilst building a comp its just a shame your looks like it was fatal for the mobo

I didn't know whether to revive this, but I though I mite give an update.

The MSI board was sent back without any problems. and I bought a
Gigabyte GA-H61MA-D3V Socket 1155 H61 as a replacement.

Overall quite impressed, it seems well made for a budget board. It has clear connectors for the power, speaker etc.

I'm not saying all MSI boards are bad, just maybe the one I had before. I know they have a good reputation with video cards.

I bench tested it first this time and all went fine. Thanks for any help people have given me.
