Hey there,
I have two problems, a hardware one and a software one.
The hardware one is a problem with my nforce4 9NPAJ SLI motherboard. Everything works fine but I have a Cooler Master case and before it was extremely quiet. However the fan on the motherboard is now making an annoying noise, it still works fine but I think it is broken and I'm not sure if it's ok to remove it or not. It's hard to describe it but it just sounds like it's not operating right.
You can see it in this picture:

The second problem I have is with my SATA 160GB Seagate Barracuda drive. I recently formatted my computer on Windows XP and my floppy drive stopped working so I couldn't install raid drivers or make a CD. I had a spare 80GB IDE drive so I have used that as my main drive. My SATA drive is connected as it shows on the BIOS and also shows on Windows, but it won't show as a Hard Disk that I can connect on My Computer.
I tried installing drivers and updating the driver through Windows but this still doesn't work. When I go to Local Disk (C
which is my Maxtor 80GB, and right click properties, the sata drive shows up on the hardware tab as ST3160827AS yet I can't access it from My Computer.
Spec:
80GB Maxtor Drive
160GB Seagate Baraccudaa
2.60GHz AMD Athlon 64 4000+
2GB RAM
GeForce 7800 ATX
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
