Basically I got my motherboard from an OCUK competitor in febuary as OCUK were out of stock on the board i wanted.

Now my board is starting to go to ****, It has gone from handling 3.4 on a q6600 to bsod'ing on every OC. Several of the fan ports have stopped wanting to power fans so I think there is a big power problem or something along those lines.

My issue is.... Can i have the board refunded this late?

I don't want another version of this board as it isn't very good and i'd rather upgrade to the asus maximus 2 formulae.

How would i go about replacing my Asus P5N32 E SLI Plus with an Asus Maximus?

Would I maybe need to go straight to Asus?

In the first year you can RMA it to the retailer. It's up to them what they do from there. I have had full refunds after 6 and 10 months from a couple of retailers. You won't know until you try. Different retailers have different policies. You are not going to get a definative answer from here.

Thanks mate, thats a big relief to hear you have had full refunds so late. Hopefully they'll except an exchange or something for the maximus.

Hey guys! Right, so I spoke to the company just now and they have tested the board having RMA'd it but they do not have any of my board available for replacement.

They have said they will go and look throught their warranty stock and try and replace my board with an equivilant or better board.

My board is an Asus P5N32 E SLI Plus, What kind of board should i be happy with as a replacement?

It cost me 110 when i got it in febuary, also preferably an Asus.

Thanks guys!
