Motherboard help

Hey guys

So when I either shut my computer down or put it to sleep the motherboard still emits power to any attached devices. eg. mouse with LED, external usb hub with LED on.
Is there a option in the BIOS to disable emitting power to USB devices as it get annoying having to unplug my mouse all the time.

What mobo do you have?
Is your mouse plugged into a USB2 or USB3 port?

It's a gigabyte 78lmt usb3
It's plugged into usb 3

Stick in a USB2 port.
