Motherboard issues

I have recently been having problems when i power up my pc. It powers up and as it loads into windows it shuts down. I'm thinking its a motherboard issue.

The heatsink fan is all placed on the motherboard perfectly. The ram is fine.

The psu is brand new and is a good one.

So i'm guessing it must be either the cpu or the motherboard. One or the two.

Hmm, not really an expert on diagnosing problems, but maybe try clearing CMOS.

Yeah, I cleared the CMOS. I don't know where to turn from here really. This pc build has been a nightmare from the start. I ordered a new motherboard, so hopefully that will solve the problem.
