motherboard memory query.

Wanting to boost my memory on a Fujitsu Siemans Scaleo "p" range motherboard, currently have 2 x 512mb... the board has 4 Dimm slots, 2 blue and 2 black, and I am not sure whether the board can handle more memory than it already has.

Its not vital that I boost the memory as its a second pc to my laptop, but it would be nice if I could.

Any help would be appreciated!

What exactly is the difference between the blue RAm sockets and the black RAM sockets?

No difference, it's just differentiating between which slots you need to use for dual channel mode.

if you have 2 sticks and want them in dual channel mode, put them in the same colour slots
