Are there any programs that I can control my fan speed from within windows?

I have the abit ip35 (not the pro)

I tried motherboard monitor but the motherboard isn't on the list

MBM is a dinosaur and not supported now.

Use Speed Fan (new build due soon, last of beta testing now).
