HI,

Yesterday i took delivery of an Abit IN9 32X-MAX WiFi (nForce 680/Socket 775). I've installed it in my case along with the following:

Sony DVD Writer (IDE)
WD 160Gb Sata Drive
2x1Gb Corsair DDR2-800 (5-5-5-12)
Intel Core2 E4300
BFG 8600 GT
Enermax 600w PSU

When i turn on the system via the button on the front i get a split second where the power comes on and the fans begin to spin then nothing, it turns off. I have tried changing everything component wise (different CPU/memory/gfx/psu) and removing everything but the power leads and CPU, same problem. Additionally, all of the above components work fine on my old motherboard.

I would have thought that if the new motherboard was broken i wouldnt get any power at all, rather than a burst and then nothing. Can anyone suggest what might be wrong? (I've also tried power cable configurations of 24pin+8pin 12v, 24pin+4pin 12v, 24pin+4pin+molex and 24+8+molex...again no change).

Thanks.
