Hi everyone,

I just got my P5ND2-SLI this morning and put it together heres my specs:

-Pentium D 805
-Corsair XMS2 667MHz
-Hiper Type-R modular 580W
-X1800XL
-Asus P5ND2-SLI

I want to OC my Pentium D to about 3.4Ghz-3.6GHz, but I am hacing a problem I know the motherboard is not the best to OC and I should have got the 975X chipset mobo's but they were a little pricey...

Anyway my problem is when I overclock in the BIOS windows doesnt recognise the overclock, e.g in the BIOS it says by CPU is running at 3.2GHz but when I go to Windows or CPU-Z it just reads everything at stock speeds (2.66GHz). My BIOS revision seems to be old (0203 from 2005) so if i flash the BIOS will i resolve this problem as i have seen others get upto 3.8GHz on this chip with this motherboard!!!

Any help will be greatly aprreciated guys!!! :)
