Motherboard Problem?

I am not sure if it is 100% the motherboard which is at fault but basically when i shutdown my New computer it just turns on by itself and then displays No Signal input and 3 Beeps, but if i move the RAM to another slot it booted up but now its not booting up at all on any of the slots?

So do you think this is a Motherboard problem or ram problem or possibly both, i tried with 2 different ram modules, OCZ and Corsair and the ram seemed to be working fine before it happened.

Could it even be the power? ;o

edit: sometimes it doesnt beep at all just no signal ;o

Pentium D 2.8
OCZ Gold DDR2 (2x512) 677mhz
Hiper 580W Psu
Antec Smartpower case
7800 GT

Thanks for the reply dude. I am pretty sure its the motherboard, does anyone know a good motherboard i can buy with a maximum of £100 spending money which is compatible with this system.

I was looking at that Gigabyte DS3 but i have read they have major memory problems with OCZ, does that only apply to the 2x1Gig sticks or has the issue been resolved?

Is there another motherboard i can get which is 100% Compatible with the 2x512 OCZ memory, I am not looking to over clock just something which is going to work well.
