Motherboard Problem

Hi, we've connected the power switches, restart etc... accordingly as the manual guides on the motherboard but It wont start when we press the button on the case, it works if I do it with a screw driver, any help?

Yup, thanks it was infact due to the dodgy front panel, I can now turn on my computer by using the reset button, once again thanks
