Motherboard question?

In the next 2 weeks looking to build my Pc and was wondering what are the differences in the following?

Gigabyte GA-Z97X-GAMING 7
Gigabyte GA-Z97X-UD5H
Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming 5
Gigabyte GA-Z97X-UD3H-BK

I know what the bk gives you but what I am asking is what advantages are there over the other boards? as I did hear some one say that the gaming boards have more phases, by this you normally end up with better oc? <<< features like this I am asking for

Wanted to stick to gigabyte as they have a good name for reliability...

yes more phases are better,it gives you more voltage/oc control but at what level oc that kicks in idk,maybe only of benefit for ln2 benching idk

all those boards will perform/oc the same imo,just pick the ones that have the features you want/need (sound/pcie bandwidth ect)
