Motherboard RGB isnt syncing up with my RGB strip lights, ideas?

So i have a Gigabyte Aurus 7 gaming X470 motherboard which has tones of RGB lights, i bought a this RGB set

Now if i select the motherboard to show red the Phanteks LEDs will go to green or some other colour. Whats going on here? Is there a way to fix this as i currently cant use the RGB strips because i cant stand 2 different colours.

Do you *definitely* have them plugged in the correct way? Some RGB software has checks to ensure that the RGB cables are wired correctly as RGB and not GRB, GBR etc etc

So i have the gigabyte cable coming off the motherboard, thats in the right way as it says what way to install it and that then is conected to my RGB strip, it only works one way, if i put it in the other i get nothing so it has to be the correct way, i guess i could flip the gigabyte plug but im sure its in the right way as it has the arrow.

Run through calibration option in Fusion ?

I have Phanteks digital and standard halo along with strimmer

Thanks, i didnt know there was a calibration option, its well hidden inside the slowest bit of crappy software ever, gigabyte really dont do software well huh? All good now though!

Yeah, I have issues sometimes with it . Pain when you do a custom colour, the. Want another part the same colour, can't enter in values or save it

Thanks, should look good when Aorus 2080 finally comes out ... RGB on the card like no tomorrow haha
