Hello guys

I had some issues with my motherboard MSI X99 Krait Edition with faulty dimm slots and after going through all the hassle I sent it for RMA and OCUK tech support has acknowledged the fault and has sent it off to the manufacturer for repair or replacement however that was about 3 weeks ago and I have been left with no PC. I was wondering if it was possible to change it with a different motherboard and pay the difference? This RMA process has been very slow. I would like some opinion/feedback regarding RMA from other members of this forum especially with MSI.

Thanks

I sent some old kingston ram back last year that had gone bad and OCUK tested and then sent it off to the manufacturer's , i think it was going on the 3-5 week mark , but in the end i did get a replacement that came from OCUK , but unlike yourself this wasn't leaving me without a working PC .

Maybe try emailing MSI or better yet go over to there forums and make a post in the correct section , i think there quite active there as i did receive help quickly once when i need help with a graphic cards bios , i think it's out of OCUK hands now and they have to wait for MSI to inform OCUK or yourself to issue a replacement or fix and return the one that been sent off ,, hang in there it shouldn't be much longer now
