Motion blur IPS vs VA

I have a 32GK650F-B monitor which is a very nice monitor in general but uses a VA panel. The complication for myself is that I perceive a lot of motion blur. From what I have read, an IPS panel would be more suitable for myself. Is that so? Maybe my knowledge is outdated because I thought that I had read at some time that VA panels were better.

OLED would certainly be nicer however I use my PC for both work and entertainment so I'm concerned about burn-in. Also the cost would to high for my wallet.

I should go into more detail. For me, each frame blurs into the next to the extent that any scene with lots of motion such a fps shows little clarity. Is this something that a switch to IPS would help or have i got the wrong idea entirely?
