motion sickness

hi all only had the headset for a couple of days and today i decided to download contractors, was fine for about 20 mins and all of a sudden i was nearly sick and went dizzy, my question does that feeling go in time or will i have to buy meds

Thanks all, all good advice and will take it on board, it came on so fast to the point my legs starting swaying, however I did remove straight away, I think I’ll stick to beat saber until I get more used to it

cheers all been playing contractors for 20 mins each day and seems to be getting better still get a bit dizzy, but the sick part has now gone
