For the past couple of months ive been finding it hard to get myself motivated to go running, i need to do it to get ready for the army. Ive got to pass my 1.5 mile in a certain time which i can still do, but i aint been running for nearly 2 weeks. I only go running once or twice every other week, but i think it helps that i do running in the gym 3 times a week.
My problems for motivation are:
1. been doing the same route for about 5-6 months
2. raining i dont go out running
3. knowone to go with.
4. when im on earlie morning shift the last thing i want to do is go running, but funny enough ill still go gym
Basically as i type ive thought of solutions:
1. go down gym tomorrow see if theres a running club
2. change my route
Anything else that think could motivate me please let me know.
