Motorcycle Test Changes, when?

I remember reading somewhere about the changes to the motorcycle test (A/A2 licence?).

When do these come into effect and what significant changes are there? I'm planning to take the test around easter.

Yep! I'm 17 on the 20th of March, planning to do my restricted test at easter time!
