I'm sitting here editing the Jan Ring Video and was wondering for a 10min video what would you like the file size to be? Whats too big file to download for a 10 min video?

I can go upto 800mb per 10 mins - Thats about 50GB per hour

Nah not worried about B/W will be getting another URL so should have about 200GB+ per month, just dont want people moaning that the file is too big to download.

The camera have do 10 times better than DVD quailty so dont want to do it too low

Yeah its 1080i (1440*1080 IIRC at 50fps)

Wont be 10mins as I only have 3 hours of footage on HDV more like 3-5mins then have 2 more hours on DV so 2-4 mins.

Video will be in 2 parts though

The resolution is DAMN impressive though. Does it have a progressive scan option on there? 720P?

May be better to film in 720P for fast paced stuff. Have a play around in both modes.

I can do 50hz and also 60hz and captures full res then edit on PC so can do any thing lower if I want.
