Could have done with some combo boxes for some of the questions and a slight rewording instead of radio buttons. So instead of having "Out of the following which motor sport do you prefer?" with radio buttons, it could be "Out of the following which motor sport do you watch/follow?" with combo boxes for multiple selections.

Just some constructive criticism for the future.
