Mount PSU upside down in bottom-mount case?

The parts for my shiny new computer arrived today. I'm using a Fractal Design Define R5 case which has the PSU mount at the bottom; am I right in thinking I should mount the PSU upside down so the fan draws air from outside the case? (There's a gap beneath the case and a dust filter in the R5)

Does it make much difference because having the PSU upside down will make plugging cables slightly harder and the writing on the back will be upside down which is mildly irritating?

There's no issues with doing that and you should find the writing the right way up when it's mounted with the fan at the bottom.

Upside down is fine. As long as the case isn't on a carpet it will be fine. Does that case have a dust filter for the PSU?
