So I've recently done a London to Amsterdam cycle tour. Throughout I used my action camera mounted to my helmet, but the straps are angled weird or don't go up as tight, and it wobbles a tad, and doesnt make the footage look good, also it weighs in a bit,so i can feel it on my neck from the weight over long periods.

It's the YI 4K Action camera, I haven't looked into chest mounting or handlebar mounting but what are your experiences? Which cam do you use, how do you mount it? Should I consider selling this and maybe going for the go pro action cams, the smaller block ones, seem lighter and easier to mount?
Any advice will be appreciated!

Planning a alps/Switzerland cycle next year

Touring, then handle bar mount should be ok.

Depends how good the stability is. Chest cam looks great for mountain biking, but I doubt it's needed for touring.

Get a cheap pack of amazon/ebay and give them a try or check youtube.

Might just have to get handlebar mount, nothing else seems viable or a nuisancee for a long period,
