Mounting CPU, the bracket leaves some marks.

Hi,
I mounted the CPU (i7 4790k) on Maximus Hero VII MB. I noticed that I had to put some force into the little lever to get it mounted. After that I noticed that the metal bracket that holds CPU in place left some marks on it. Is that expected?

Damn OCD doesn't go well with PC Building.

Ps Setter: I mounted the ram as you directed and it was really painless The only problem I found was mounting the CPU.. the black plastic cover got stuck... I fixed it back in place and then it was fine
