Am I right in thinking I can mount an XSPC 7970 backplate without having the 'matching' threaded holes from the GPU waterblock?

Ilooking to fit an Arctic Accellero III to my reference powercolor 7970 (it only mounts to the 4 mounting holes around the GPU die), the backplate uses 4 other mounting holes where I do have holes on my card, but will have no matching threaded holes from the CPU waterblock/reference blower full cover cooler (which I'm removing).

Am I probably looking at using M3 threaded nuts with some washers? If so anyone know where to track some down that'll be a good fit? Plastic nuts an option (if I can find them)?

Thanks :)

Just to say I found lots of sources of M3 nuts, plastic and otherwise... Cheapest place I've found is a shop with map in the name that stocks '20 case fan screws & nuts' for £3

I've got washers so I'll paste up pics of my result :)
