Mounting sound proofing panels

got some soundproofing panels off amazon, 24 pieces ( 1 foot squares ) . Whats the best way to mount them?

Atm im using a strip of gorilla tape with double sided tape on the back, then another strip of gorilla tape on the double but reversed. Im putting these at the top and bottom.

This is time consuming, would it be ok to use wallpaper paste on them?

Buy some aerosol spray glue, should be available at any diy store and euro car parts also sell it.

Shortly after making the thread i thought to have a look at the reviews of the product .

One of them was from someone who apparently is a youtuber , who said that he used carpet spray glue . The neighbours werent mad anymore , so i bought a generic brand.
