Mouse and Keyboard not working

Don't know if this is the right forum, Booted off win 7 DVD to do a clean install, and my mouse and keyboard won't work. Anybody know of a fix, it's a new build using USB on the Mouse and Keyboard.

in the Bios is USB legacy support turned on? if not turn it on and your problem should be over.
