Mouse button problem.

Hi I bought a used ROCCAT KoneXTD from the members market a while back and after little use the left hand side arrow button I assigned for back a page when using firefox jumps 2 pages back randomly, is this a hardware issue or software ? any ideas please.

hardware. most likely if you can take it apart without voiding the warranty just take it apart clean teh connection behind the button.

That said I would probably update the firmware for the mouse first and see if that helps.

Try assigning the back button as BACKSPACE or ALT+LEFT ARROW. It could be a software bug.

I think your correct because after posting the mouse has been OK lol but will reassign to BACKSPACE.
