Mouse does not wake up after i wake pc up

Hello Everyone!

I have a problem,

My mouse doesn't wake up when I wake my pc up from sleep, my KB works but when I move or click nothing happens, I have to unplug and plug the mouse back in.Just to point out this is when the pc goes to natural sleep, so i leave the room for an hour and come back and try to wake pc up.

I have Genius Maurus GX mouse

Don't have any particular problem with it, I have been using it for few years but I am willing to upgrade if necessary.

Also the mouse has all kinds of settings like Pooling rate, does that effect it in any way ?I have seen some stuff on google and try changing USB selective suspend setting to disabled that didn't help.

you could have two mice listed (As in my case) check either one for power management options

got that unchecked, its not waking up that the problem its the fact that when i wake the pc up mouse doesnt move/work but keyboard does (also the mouse is backlit and that works while the mouse freezes)
