Hi, my Logitech LX8 Cordless Mouse pointer shudders from time to time. When it happens I move the recorder piece (if that's the right term) from one USB port to another. That usually corrects the bahaviour for a while.
I had a look at the devise drivers (through control Panel) and there were about 4 of them. The first being one by Kaspersky (I've got KAS Internet Security installed), then Logitech and others.
I downloaded and ran Logitech SetPoint and then had another look at the devise drivers expecting there to be only one but now there are seven listed:
Kaspersky Lab 8.0.0.25
Logitech 5.33.10.0
Ditto
Microsoft 5.1.2600.5512 (xpsp.080413.2108)
Microsoft 5.1.2600 (XPClient. 010817.1148)
Logitech 5.33.10
Ditto
Some are shown as sy files others as .dll.
Should there NOT be JUST one driver listed, if NOT could someone please tell me why?
Why would the Kaspersky be the driver of choice, especially after I ran SetPoint?
Is there a way to select say the second driver in the list (Logitech 5.33 etc), to see it that makes a difference?
Thanx
