Hi,

My G502 non hero so its getting on a bit now. I think its having tracking issues so no idea whats going on tried cleaning sensor with ipa and have a new logitech cloth mouse mat but it seems to stop tracking randomly during shooting games. Anyone know any software that can monitor mouse tracking and show issues?

The Logi Options program has a battery indicator I believe just in case it's a low battery. I wouldn't advise IPA on many plastics unless you can test in an area where it won't affect use as it can melt some types.

Tried the surface calibration
In the logitech software?
Using a g502 myself which is also getting on a bit
But not had any issues with mine

Could also try resetting it all to defaults
And start again as if it was a new mouse
Though if you have saved profiles
Might be a PITA to set up again
