Hey guys so basically here's what's going down:

Bought a Logitech G500 when it was on offer a couple of weeks or maybe a month back now, all was well, a few days ago I was using the DPI increase/decrease buttons and well, the increase one is perfectly fine but the decrease is pretty much broken, it doesn't click, i have to force it down to just go down one click and I'd like to try and get a replacement.

Do I go to Logitech directly or do I go to Overclockers themselves for this?

Thanks guys.

You can do either.

Return it to the retailer under the sale of goods act. "durability" & "not fit for purpose".

Return it to manufacturer under manufacturer's warranty.

I bought the Logitech G5 some years ago, and after using it for a few months the scroll wheel couldn't scroll upwards anymore (could only go down). So I E-mailed Logitech about it and they said it was a manufacturing fault with the mouse, and generally happens to a lot of G5s, so they'd gladly replace it. Here I was thinking I'd have to send it back, wait some weeks for them to send a replacement, etc. etc. But they just asked for my Address and sent me a G500 as the replacement :D I've always had a good experience with their customer service so it'd be worth checking with them.

Just ring Logitech they are Awesome when it comes to Customer Support, Any time I've rung them they just send me a Brand new replacement out, Mouse & 2 Momo wheels & they sent me some new feet for my MX518, Cost = Zero.
This is why I Loves Logitech.

go straight to logitech, everytime i RMA with them they only ever wanted a scan of the receipt and sent a replacement no questions asked.

i had 2 mouses out of one warranty period as the left click like to die on me after around 9 months :(
