Mouse Freezing

I just built a new computer and everything went fine. My only problem is that when I play games my mouse freezes time to time. I am using the latest drivers for my mouse and dont know what to try next.

Specs:
E2180
ATI 2900 Pro
Abit IP35-Pro
MX Revolution Mouse
Windows XP

Any help you me great!

I had that problem and it turned out to be the MX revolution, try a different mouse and see if that fixes it.
