Mouse & K/B not working

I recently bought a Silvercrest cordless mouse & K/b set for my DAW. I connected them and they worked perfectly. Then, for no particular reason, they both stopped working. Device manager says they're OK, new batteries, etc. Can you help please?

On the reciever there should be a re-connect button, try pressing that and see if it makes any difference. also remove anythign else that might be causing interference (such as car keys with the remote central locking etc.)

Make sure there is a clear line of sight between them and the receiver and as said remove items that will interfere - mobile phones are a good one i discovered

I've done that. No difference.
