Mouse Lag in GTA V pc menus ?

Hello
Does anyone know a solution to solve this problem, my sometimes when im in the menus my mouse just skips when moving around and if I try to use a keyboard it doesn't always register. If I alt tab the game and go back to it the problem gets solved but then if I press esc to get back into the main game and go back to menu its happens again?
its really annoying cause its pretty much impossible to use the map on gta when setting waypoints

Forgot to say... Tried pretty much all the options in the menu and none of them work ;(

GTA V is PITA sometimes.

Enable vsync then go into game then disable it. Works for me as I have a mad stutter every few frames if I don't do it. How or why this works I don't know!
