Mouse lag in Oblivion (yet another Oblivion thread!)

So I just started up Oblivion an I have an annoying mouse lag issue. I get this in Far Cry and enabling VSync in the game gets rid of it. Is there a similar option in Oblivion or on my graphics card? I can't seem to find anything.

Nope, I have an ATI 9800XT. I found the option for Vsync. Didn't help

Ah ha! I found the equivalent option for in ATI tray tools:

I set 'flip queue size' to 0. No more lag for me!
