Mouse mat

I currently have the roccat taito mouse mat and I just wondered is it possible to cut the mouse mat to shape my desk or will it just destroy it ?

I wouldn't advise cutting a cloth pad. The stitching on the sides keeps it from fraying and if you cut that off I'd expect to see fraying.

it doesnt look as if it has side stitching it looks glued ?

In that case I reckon it should be fine. I took a closer look on the image and as it more of a foam surface?

Yeah. If it's a foam it SHOULD be okay. Not 100% sure.
