Ok I want a proper mouse pad atm I am using a free one that for no apparent reason an auction/selling site sent me (Damnit no names sucks) and want a decent one and I was looking at the Everglade Titan Gaming Mat but I see this.

Titan Gaming Mat
Titan Monster Gaming Mat
Titan MonsterMat DKT Edition

whats with this ? I cant see anything in the description that says whats different about them ?

Also looked at the QPAD CT Large Black

Anyone know the sizes of the Titans and if the sizes are different between the 3 ?

From a review

well, my g5 doesn't work properly on the control side of the mat... changed my mouse to death adder and have to say that its suberb (the mat). But on the other hand only those who got copperheads and death adders will be able to feel the full potential of RAZER EXACTMAT

Dont use any other mats apart from Logitech.

Having trouble locating the razor mouse pads web page anyone know what it is I wanna get some specs of the mousepads ?

Edit
Whoops nevermind just realized it was the Titans specs I was after lol.

lol another edit.

With the Monster Mat at 444mm x 355mm x 4.3mm (44cm by 35cm) I think I am gonna pick that one up.

£8 delivery on a mouse mat, how heavy is this thing ?

Complete system for my mate is £10 delivery yet a mouse mat is £8

Found out what the whole DKT thing is about.

Co-Developed & Engineered with the Leaders in Professional Gaming – Brian “Destrukt (aka DKT) Flander

“The Everglide DKT Mat is great for high sensitivity players as its smooth surface provides a small amount friction for the high sensitivity gamer.” – Brian “DKT” Flander

Everglide Titan (Gaming) here, my first time using a cloth pad and I think i'l never go back to my plastic/metal mousepads that I'v gone through (and I'v gone through LOADS)
Everglide titan, QPAD CT, those are 2 great pad's.

The difference between Monster and Gaming is just the size of the pad itself. Monster DkT might possibly be even bigger, im not sure, or coated with a plastic hybrid cloth like the QPAD CT is. Mean's its probably not as good as it sounds:P

Go with the gaming, cheaper, smaller, but the size is still huge.

only an extra £1 for the Monster one so not that much of a loss. (Not refering to OC mats).

Still baffled by the £8 delivery charge from OCUK though for a mouse mat.

thats just the standard shipping rate as ocuk dont use royal mail to send the products and instead use city link..and yes it is a bit expensive especially if youre ordering something that isnt very expensive..

Hi,

Sorry to butt in here, but I am gonna be getting a Razer Deathadder (want to see if its better than my G7) and thought that i might as well get a new mouse mat as my one is getting a bit tatty.

So would the best choice be the Razer execmat thing? Or are the cloth Everglide mats better? Whats the Everglide Titan Large Gaming mat like?

Everglide titan > exactmat, I have used both extensively. Cloth pads are just better over all hard plastic / metal pads, they keep formidable shape and consistancy, great smooth but more importantly it has a great level of control and comfort.

Hi mate,

Thanks for that pkiely, I just wanted to check is this the mouse mat you mean:

Titan Large Gaming Surface Mouse Mat with Advanced FiberTek Tech for Gamer Only??It looks like the right one and its bloody huge

Just got an E-Mail back from Everglide.

Hello Nicholas,

The DKT edition has a slightly different texture as compared to the standard Titan MonsterMat. Both are cloth pads using the same Fibertek technology. Thank you.

Regards,

Russell
