Mouse matts

Anybody have any suggestions?
I just use my desk and if iam using some-ones else computer and they have a cheap 99p homer simpson one i throw it away from annoyance.
Only problem now my desk is feeling...well scratchy when I move the mouse.
So aye, thiking about a nice flat, shiney smooth one.
can't be too big though as my desk area/mouse area is rather small.

I use a cheap Steel series one (Qck) , about £7, bought it mainly to stop the mouse damaging the desk as it was strarting to wear away the veneer. its very good.

I recently bought a large Qpad and am very pleased with it, better than the cloth Razer mat I previously had which was good to be fair.
