Hi, i bought last week 2x Mouse Glorious Model O- (one for me, and one for my brother). Mine is working perfectly. But my brother's mouse is not working anymore. I don't know why. I think it's something about the cable. He was playing (and then suddenly the mouse started disconnecting - like every 15-35 sec). Before 1 hour of playin', the mouse didn't work anymore. Why? He wants a new one (because he fckin loved it), a replacement. How can he get it?
 
Contact the shop you bought it from. If that was OcUK then contact them in the customer services section of the forum (or email, webnote, call) and they will arrange for a replacement.
 
You can also contact glorious direct with a video of order number, mouse and issue and they will send you one of the new updated cables free which will be on the new batch of mice coming Nov/Dec. The current cable isn't great and the way it's packed puts a massive kink right by the connector. The new cable is more like a paracord (tight rather then shoe lace) and they are also changing the way they pack the mouse for future batches.

Swapping the cable is super easy and they give you new feet as well. They have a short YouTube video up on how to do it

Obviously might be easier to get it swapped if you can't wait and ocuk still has stock
