Mouse not working

For some reason any mouse I try on my sisters computer just isn't working.

I've tried a USB Ligitech in USB slots which are definately working (there is a USB wireless stick in one of them which is on) and it's having none of it. It had a Ps2 convertor aswell with it, and I've tried it in the ps2 slot with no success.

I've tried 2 different Logitech's - both not working though when plugged into another computer they are.

I've also connected a wireless ps2 mouse up which wasn't working (even though the keyboard is, with the same receiver).

Please help!

sorry dude, no real advice to offer, but thought i would post as others have looked an suggested nowt.


Have you check that all usb options are enabled in the bios?

Failing that it could be a cause of backup and re-install
